Shipping and Delivery

FirstForm Peptides shall not be liable for delays, losses, or costs associated with:

• Acts of God;
• War;
• Terrorism;
• Civil unrest;
• Government actions;
• Labor disputes;
• Supplier failures;
• Failed delivery attempts;
• Carrier errors;
• Weather events;
• Reshipments that result directly from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Customer at checkout; or
• Other events outside our reasonable control.

FirstForm Peptides shall not be responsible for notifying the Customer in the event of such delays or of any apparent address issues prior to shipment, though it may do so as a courtesy.

The Customer shall be solely responsible for making other arrangements to purchase alternative products and covering any costs incurred in connection with such purchases.

In the event of a force majeure lasting more than ninety (90) days, either party may terminate the affected order without liability.

Shipping is limited to the continental United States only.

Shipping methods, carriers, availability, and any regional restrictions are as shown at checkout.

FirstForm Peptides uses UPS and FedEx exclusively.

FirstForm Peptides reserves the right to refuse shipment to high-risk addresses.

Product prices exclude shipping charges, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Any applicable shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are presented as part of the applicable order or checkout process.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

FirstForm Peptides shall not be liable for delays, losses, additional costs, or reshipment costs that result directly from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer.

FirstForm Peptides is not obligated to identify or notify the Customer of an apparent address issue prior to shipment, although it may elect to do so as a courtesy.

Once an order has been delivered to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the Customer, except where prohibited by applicable law.

FirstForm Peptides shall not be liable for carrier-related delays, failed delivery attempts, carrier errors, weather-related disruptions, or other events outside its reasonable control.

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.

Any issue with an order must be reported in writing to support@firstformpeptides.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Notice is deemed given upon sending.

Customers must provide:

• Photographic evidence of the issue; and
• Where applicable and reasonably available, analytical data supporting the claim.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and associated safety and contamination risks, all sales are final.

FirstForm Peptides does not provide returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after payment, except for verified manufacturing defects and except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Reshipments resulting directly from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the Customer are not the responsibility of FirstForm Peptides.
