Shipping and Delivery

FirstForm Peptides shall not be liable for delays, losses, or costs associated with:

• Acts of God;
• War;
• Terrorism;
• Civil unrest;
• Government actions;
• Labor disputes;
• Supplier failures;
• Failed delivery attempts;
• Carrier errors;
• Weather events;
• Reshipments that result directly from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Customer at checkout; or
• Other events outside our reasonable control.

FirstForm Peptides shall not be responsible for notifying the Customer in the event of such delays or of any apparent address issues prior to shipment, though it may do so as a courtesy.

The Customer shall be solely responsible for making other arrangements to purchase alternative products and covering any costs incurred in connection with such purchases.

In the event of a force majeure lasting more than ninety (90) days, either party may terminate the affected order without liability.

Orders placed before 4 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, ship the same day.

Orders placed after 4 PM Eastern, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. Same day shipping is subject to product availability and carrier pickup schedules.

If an order placed Monday through Friday is not shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, the order is free. We will refund the full amount the Customer paid for that order, including shipping, to the original payment method, and the Customer keeps the products.

The 24 hours are counted on business days only. Weekends and holidays are not counted. An order is considered shipped when tracking information is issued for it.

The guarantee covers only the time it takes us to ship an order. It does not cover carrier transit or delivery time.

The guarantee does not apply to a delay caused by events described under Delivery Restrictions and Force Majeure, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, a hold for payment verification, fraud screening, or researcher and compliance verification, or a change to the order requested by the Customer after it was placed.

To make a claim, contact support@firstformpeptides.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. We verify each claim against our shipping records. This guarantee is the Customer's sole remedy for a late shipment.

Within the United States, shipping is limited to the continental United States.

We also ship internationally to the countries offered at checkout.

International orders are charged a flat shipping rate based on the destination country. The rate is shown at checkout before payment, and the free shipping threshold that applies to U.S. orders does not apply to international orders.

International delivery takes longer than domestic delivery, and all delivery dates are estimates. The 24 Hour Shipping Guarantee covers only the time it takes us to ship an order and does not cover international transit, customs processing, or delivery time.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are set by the destination country, are collected by the local customs authority or carrier, and are not included in the order total. The Customer is solely responsible for paying them. No U.S. sales tax is charged on international orders.

The Customer is solely responsible for confirming that the products may be lawfully imported into the destination country. Shipments held, delayed, returned, or seized by customs are outside our control. FirstForm Peptides reserves the right to refuse shipment to any destination.

Shipping methods, carriers, availability, and any regional restrictions are as shown at checkout.

FirstForm Peptides uses UPS exclusively.

FirstForm Peptides reserves the right to refuse shipment to high-risk addresses.

Product prices exclude shipping charges, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Any applicable shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are presented as part of the applicable order or checkout process.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

FirstForm Peptides shall not be liable for delays, losses, additional costs, or reshipment costs that result directly from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer.

FirstForm Peptides is not obligated to identify or notify the Customer of an apparent address issue prior to shipment, although it may elect to do so as a courtesy.

Once an order has been delivered to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the Customer, except where prohibited by applicable law.

FirstForm Peptides shall not be liable for carrier-related delays, failed delivery attempts, carrier errors, weather-related disruptions, or other events outside its reasonable control.

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.

Any issue with an order must be reported in writing to support@firstformpeptides.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Notice is deemed given upon sending.

Customers must provide:

• Photographic evidence of the issue; and
• Where applicable and reasonably available, analytical data supporting the claim.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and associated safety and contamination risks, all sales are final.

FirstForm Peptides does not provide returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after payment, except for verified manufacturing defects, the 24 Hour Shipping Guarantee, and as otherwise required by applicable law.

Reshipments resulting directly from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the Customer are not the responsibility of FirstForm Peptides.
