U.S. orders ship by UPS 2nd Day Air with tracking, and we ship internationally too. Here is how fast we ship, what shipping costs, and what to do if something is wrong with your delivery.

Free shipping
Within the United States, UPS 2nd Day Air is $15 per order, and free when your order totals $250 or more after discounts, before tax.
Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Same day shipping
Orders placed before 4 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, ship the same day.
Orders placed after 4 PM Eastern, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. Same day shipping depends on product availability and carrier pickup schedules.
7 day issue window
Inspect your shipment when it arrives. Report any issue in writing to support@firstformpeptides.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and labels.
Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. An order counts as shipped once tracking information is issued for it.
You can also look up any order on Track Order with your order number and the email or phone number you used at checkout.
Carrier and destinations
We ship with UPS exclusively. Every U.S. order travels UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping methods and any regional restrictions are as shown at checkout.
We ship within the continental United States and internationally. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to high risk addresses.
International shipping
We ship to the countries offered at checkout. International orders are charged a flat shipping rate by destination, shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.
- Canada: $25 per order
- United Kingdom and Europe: $35 per order
- All other countries: $45 per order
International transit takes longer than domestic delivery, and delivery dates are estimates. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your local customs authority, are collected on delivery, and are not included in your order total. No U.S. tax is charged on international orders.
You are responsible for confirming that your order may be lawfully imported into your country. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any destination.
24 Hour Shipping Guarantee
If an order placed Monday through Friday is not shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, the order is free. We refund the full amount you paid for that order, including shipping, to your original payment method, and you keep the products.
How it is counted
- The 24 hours count business days only. Weekends and holidays are not counted.
- An order is considered shipped when tracking information is issued for it.
- The guarantee covers only the time it takes us to ship an order. It does not cover carrier transit or delivery time.
What it does not cover
- A delay caused by events outside our control, listed under Delays outside our control.
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- A hold for payment verification, fraud screening, or researcher and compliance verification.
- A change to the order that you requested after it was placed.
To make a claim, contact support@firstformpeptides.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. We verify each claim against our shipping records. This guarantee is your sole remedy for a late shipment.
Cancellations and returns
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exceptions are verified manufacturing defects and the 24 Hour Shipping Guarantee.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, or you believe you received the wrong item, take clear photographs of the outer packaging, the inner packaging, and the product labels. Email the images, your order number, and a brief description to support@firstformpeptides.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include analytical data where you have it.
We verify each report. For verified manufacturing defects we may, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue credit toward a future purchase. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes delivery of your order, so please report carrier damage promptly.
Addresses and delays
Enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or reshipment costs that result directly from an incorrect or incomplete address. We may flag an apparent address issue before shipment as a courtesy, but we are not obligated to.
Delays outside our control
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays, losses, or costs from carrier errors, failed delivery attempts, weather events, government actions, supplier failures, labor disputes, civil unrest, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Research use handling and storage
All products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. You are responsible for reviewing each product label, certificate of analysis, and other available documentation before opening, handling, storing, or disposing of a product, and for maintaining appropriate storage conditions and safety practices in your facility.
