Return & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals, and safety and contamination risks:

• NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, with the exception of verified manufacturing defects.
• No cancellations after payment.
• No exchanges.
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed.

The Customer must:

• Inspect shipments immediately upon receipt;
• Report any issues in writing to support@firstformpeptides.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, with such notice deemed given upon sending; and
• Provide photographic evidence and, where applicable and reasonably available, analytical data supporting the claim.

For verified manufacturing defects only, at our discretion we may issue:

• A replacement with conforming product; OR
• Credit toward a future purchase.

Cash refunds are not available except as may be required by applicable law.

All sales are final, and orders are non-cancellable once payment is processed.

FirstForm Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its sole discretion, including after payment has been received. If FirstForm Peptides cancels an order, our sole obligation shall be to refund the purchase price paid. We shall have no liability for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

If a Customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting support@firstformpeptides.com in writing and allowing FirstForm Peptides thirty (30) business days to investigate and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith, such action may be considered a material breach of the Terms.

FirstForm Peptides reserves the right to pursue remedies including:

• Immediate account termination;
• Collections proceedings, including attorneys’ fees;
• A $2,500 liquidated damages fee; and
• Reporting to regulatory authorities.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.

FirstForm Peptides shall not be liable for delays, losses, or costs associated with events outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier errors;
• Failed delivery attempts;
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses supplied by the Customer;
• Weather events;
• Government actions;
• Supplier failures;
• Labor disputes;
• Acts of God; or
• Other force majeure events.

Customers should contact support@firstformpeptides.com promptly regarding any order or product issue.
