Yes. FirstForm publishes Certificates of Analysis at the reference level. They are searchable by product, reference number, or testing lab in the COA Library.

Independent third-party labs perform HPLC purity analysis. The specific lab is listed on each COA.

Yes. Manage addresses under Account → Addresses. Updated addresses apply to future orders.

Points are credited once your order is paid, so every order counts toward your rewards. You earn 1 point per $1 you spend on products at checkout, calculated after any discounts and before shipping and tax.

Inside your account dashboard, use the redemption buttons to generate a single-use reward code. Codes expire in 90 days and are locked to your email.

Tiers are based on lifetime spend: Bronze (default), Silver ($1,500), Gold ($3,000), Platinum ($5,000). Higher tiers unlock better redemption rates.
