Tested by Freedom Diagnostics

Documentation & Lot Verification

Your research deserves transparency. Every batch we produce is independently tested by Freedom Diagnostics, a third party laboratory independent of FirstForm, to verify identity, purity, and net content, and to screen for contaminants. Each product goes through 8 levels of testing, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every lot so you can review the results before you buy.

How this archive is maintained

The documentation pipeline is built so that any research compound can be traced from order back to a specific SKU, and from that SKU back to the testing records that accompany it.

Why Documentation Matters

Independent verification anchors every step of a research workflow. A Certificate of Analysis records exactly what was tested, against which references, and when — giving any downstream protocol a fixed point of reference.

Lot Verification

Every research compound is tested by lot, tying the certificate back to a specific production run. That lot is recorded on the matching documentation, so the chain from archive to bench is unbroken.

Independent Testing

Analytical testing is performed by third-party laboratories using established analytical methods. Results are reported as supplied by the testing facility — without intermediate restatement.

Archive Accessibility

Documentation is published to this archive as it is finalized. Older documentation remains searchable so researchers can reconstruct the documentation context of any prior order.

Documentation FAQ

Common questions

What is a Certificate of Analysis?+
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document produced by an analytical laboratory that records the identity tests and analytical results performed against a specific SKU. Each COA in this archive corresponds to one SKU and is supplied as the laboratory issued it.
How is my SKU tracked?+
Each research compound is assigned a SKU at production. That SKU is printed on the vial label and recorded on the corresponding COA, so any vial can be traced back to its documentation through this archive.
How often is documentation updated?+
Documentation is published to this archive as soon as the laboratory finalizes a COA for a given SKU. Older documentation remains accessible so prior orders can be cross-referenced.
How do I locate my SKU?+
The SKU is printed on each vial label and included on the shipment paperwork. Search this archive by that SKU to retrieve the matching documentation.
What if I cannot find my COA?+
If a documented COA does not appear for your SKU, the upload may still be in progress. Reach out through the contact channel with your SKU and we will confirm the documentation status.
